COACHING STUDY

ARE YOU A RUNNING OR CYCLING COACH?…

Study Details:

Motus7 is recruiting 10 running coaches and 10 cycling coaches to participate in an upcoming coaching study. Selected applicants will go through an interview and online screening process and will receive $150 for completing the interview.

What Selected Coaches Will Do

Coaches who advance past the interview will be assigned a mock client and asked to create two customized training plans:

  • Short-term plan (2 weeks)

  • Long-term plan (4–8 weeks)

Both plans must be submitted within 1 week, and coaches will be compensated $300 for the short-term plan and $900 for the long-term plan.

Opportunities to Earn More

Coaches who demonstrate strong program-building skills may move into the next round of the study, where additional planning work will be assigned. This next phase offers approximately $1,200 in further compensation.

If you are selected to participate, please note the following:

  • Selection for this study does not mean future employment or an ongoing coaching role with Motus7.

  • All compensation amounts apply only to the specific tasks outlined (interview, short-term plan, long-term plan, and any additional study phases).

  • Training plans must be submitted by the required deadlines to receive compensation.

  • Motus7 reserves the right to remove coaches from the study at any time if requirements are not met.

  • All materials you create for the study (including training plans) become the property of Motus7 and may be used for research or internal development.

  • Participation in later phases of the study is not guaranteed and is based on performance and project needs.

Payment

Payment forms ONLY include Venmo, Zelle and Check.

Please note: We can only issue payments to accounts that are registered in your own name. Payments cannot be sent to accounts belonging to someone else.
